Do you sit and reflect on your actions?
Are you accountable for the things you have done?
What have you done to repair or change these things?
Do you make the steps to amend your faults?
It’s doing these things that help you within your own mind and stage of life.
We don’t always think we need to worry about things in the past because that is what it is, “the past”.
But it’s these things that linger under the surface and manifest in a way we don’t see coming.
We ALL need to address any traumas, faults and changes within ourselves, to make ourselves feel better and feel a sense of relief and comfort.
Try doing something this weekend that closes that book you left open years ago. Mend your mind, heart and soul. It’s hanging around under there and causing you pain, get rid of it.
Be accountable.
