I have found mine to continue on with school and normal routine, helps them gain a sense of normality, during this horrible time..

I exercise often..
Walk, Pilates and seek fresh air..
Write..write anything
Plan and make sense of the future..
Focus on current responsibilities..
Continue each day as it comes..
Don’t expect to much of myself..
Rest..
Listen to my body and give it what it requires..
Keep people in the home close and included..

What a few of the small things you forget about but miss the most?
My sons muscles that opened a salsa jar for me..
His smerk..
His smell..
His pain in the bum attitude..
Him not allowing anyone else to cut his hair..
haha
When will he walk through that door again?
When will I get to talk to him again?
When do I get to hold him again?
So many opportunities, so many plans, so many dreams… spending years preparing them for the future, not knowing what’s coming…
